Missing Cashback? It could be that:
The Cashback has not yet been reported to Split by the retailer or affiliate network (reporting can sometimes take up to 1 week, and in rare cases up to 1 month);
The items purchased were not Cashback-eligible (see Qualified Purchase)
Ad blocking settings/software in the buyer’s browser prevented Split from being able to track – and credit – the sales;
The buyer cleared his/her browser cookies before completing the purchase;
The buyer made the purchase after expiration of the Referral Window (if too much time elapses between click and purchase, the Referral Window may close and prevent Cashback from being credited).
